Here's my unfiltered experience
This hotel was easy to locate, and the friendly staff made check-in easy. My room was quite spacious and clean, though the stained carpet was a downside. The comfortable bed and really good breakfast options. Plus, there were great nearby dinner spots. I'd gladly return!

Good intentions, flawed execution
Friendly staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast had great options , but unfortunately lacked essential toppings for coffee.
The carpet in the room was stained and the pool was too cold for swimming, disappointing our family's leisure plans.

The hotel is newly renovated and in great shape. There is a new casino within walking distance for those that are interested.
The tv is improved but you still can't rent a movie on it. I don't know why but most of the hotels in Kamloops seem to be that way.

This luxury hotel worth its 3 stars, everything was perfect. We had an impressive queen room facing mountain. The beds were extremely comfy and the staff was accommodating. The venue was in a handy location, cLOSE TO EVERYTHING. Nice stay, as always.

Friendly staff was great, and the spacious Queen room was generally clean, although the stained carpet needed attention. The hot breakfast was a highlight, offering a great selection, including delicious fish and chips. The exterior grounds showed neglect with overflowing garbage cans and an unkempt pet area, contributing to a disappointing overall impression. Given the rising price, I'd reconsider longer stays here in the future.

The room was clean and was ready when we arrived early. Enjoyed the hot tub.
The room was not very quiet. We could hear all that was going on in the hallway. People visiting and knocking on anothers door at 10:30 at night. Kids running in the hall and calling back to their parents. Highway traffic. The breakfast area was quite small and again loud. Probably will not stay here again.

you did again, everything was excellent bed comfy, breakfast, excellent, every thing one needed for a start on a long drive.Quiet ,clean and handy to get to.
We had a handicap room, the bathroom was huge, what we need with our walker and or wheelchair. BUT trying to get the walker between the beds and the furniture is quite impossible, had to leave the walker at the bathroom door, then try to reach the bed without ,about another foot or so is needed. Someone should try it and see what I mean! Thanks

This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely indoor pool make my stays enjoyable. I fondly remember how the staff helped my elderly parents with such kindness on my first visit. Dallas was fantastic too!

Breakfast perfect for on the go, good selection of bagels, muffins, cereals etc. Room super clean. Missed out on the warm cookies they serve in Lobby :( Make sure you try one. Good stocked pantry in Lobby for snacks. Lovely indoor pool. Front Desk Staff knowledgeable and able help us find a nearby laundromat.

Comfortable, clean rooms with two queen beds offered plenty of space for the family. The indoor pool looked inviting, but unfortunately, it was closed , a disappointment.
The breakfast options were lacking. The scrambled eggs tasted like instant, and some items were empty. I also found the noise from the vacuuming in the hallway at 8:15 on a Sunday morning to be quite disruptive.
